If you have a model in need of restoration please contact me; I specialize in restoration and repair! I have over 30 years of experience providing professional artistry, quality workmanship, model making and customization.

If you would like a preliminary estimate please include a complete description of the work that needs to be done along with your contact and shipping information (name, address, phone number) . After I receive your email I can send you instructions for attaching your digital pictures in a "jpg." or "gif." format focusing on the areas in need of repair. If you prefer to mail in a model for an estimate please keep in mind that I will return your model using the same box (Please see Terms and Shipping below). It's not necessary to include the display stand or un-damaged propellers for repairs or estimates.

I also provide model customization and alterations making your model unique. This includes (but is not limited to) battle damage, weathering, custom nose art, squadron markings or an entirely new paint scheme. TERMS : When I receive your digital photographs (gif and jpg formats only!) I will email you an estimate. For repairs or alterations totaling a hundred dollars or more I may require 50% down and 50% upon completion. Any revisions or alterations from the estimate will be charged separately. Once the model is repaired, I will send you an email with attached photos of the work completed (to date) along with an invoice that will include the total amount due plus the return shipping and optional insurance you requested. After receipt of payment, I will return your model using the same box and packing material you originally provided , so please pack it well! I cannot be responsible for prep or repair work done by others; however, I can try to fix it for you! The utmost care is always taken in handling models, but I am not responsible for damage due to manufacturing flaws or shipping (consider insurance please.) I will hold a repaired model 30 days after the invoice has been emailed for payment due. After 30 days without payment in full the model will become my property.  I accept money orders and personal checks (15 days to clear). Please make payable to: Tim Oxley Model Works LLC, thank you.

PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ THE FOLLOWING >>> SHIPPING INFORMATION:

1. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. It is best to double box your model if you can. Please allow enough room for the new repair to fit. For example, a model with a wing broken off may fit in a smaller box whereas with a model with a newly attached wing may not.

3. It is not necessary to include the display stand or un-damaged propellers with your model.

4. If you want shipping insurance please email or include the insured amount in your correspondence.

5. UPS charges vary slightly day to day due to fuel prices.

6. If a package has to be hand delivered to the U.S.Post Office, UPS, FedEx or a third party carrier, handling charges will be applied.

7.There are no handling charges if you use USPS Priority mail or if you have a UPS or FedEx account and can include the shipping paperwork, labels and any insurance information with your payment.

8. If for some reason your model needs to be repacked it can be done at the UPS store for an extra charge.

9. Though I do make every effort to be accessible, I can't guarantee I will be available during the day for receiving a signature package. For example, Fed EX can deliver anytime between 7am to 7pm.  Please take this into consideration when shipping, thank you.
